I’m Yosef Grodko, LISWS.

I take a practical, down-to-earth approach, combining evidence-based techniques with a common-sense perspective to help you build a life that feels more fulfilling and successful.

In addition to my private practice, I serve as the Clinical Director at Brighter Day OH and as a school counselor at the Hebrew Academy of Cleveland.

I have extensive experience working with children and their parents, and my practice also includes supporting teens and adults. My primary focus is with clients navigating ADHD and/or anxiety, along with the self-doubt, stress, or relationship challenges that can come with them.

In my work with parents, I offer compassionate guidance and support along with practical tools and proven strategies to help them better understand and support their children. Together, we work to strengthen family bonds, foster healthier communication, and equip both parents and children with skills to help them navigate challenges.

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Life can be complicated, and my goal is to help you tap into your strengths, gain clarity, and create meaningful change. I know that no two people are the same, which is why I prioritize flexibility, curiosity, and collaboration in the therapy process.

I deeply respect the courage it takes to seek support, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients through the twists, turns, and occasional potholes on the road to growth. Together, we’ll move toward a life that feels more intentional, balanced, and fulfilling at a pace that feels right for you.
